Michael, a principal of National Financial Partners (NFP), is a managing partner of NFP Structured Settlements with offices in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, California and Georgia. One of only 550 Certified Structured Settlement Consultants in the country, Michael has been active in the structure industry since 1991 and has produced over $1.5 Billion in structured settlement annuities in that time. He has been involved in more cases than any other consultant in the country. In addition to managing NFP Structured Settlements, Michael works with plaintiff attorneys and their clients throughout the country presenting structured settlement options and coordinating efforts to ensure that plaintiffs continue to receive all public benefits available.
He is a Past President of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA), where he led the way in changing and strengthening the Structured Settlement Protection Act’s (SSPA) laws in five states, providing more protection for structured settlement recipients. He also manages NDC Advisors (NDC) a trust administration company. Within the past five years, NDC has become one of the largest trust administration companies in the country working exclusively with personal injury clients.

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Bill is president and a founder of NFP Structured Settlements and has more than 25 years of structured settlement experience. He received his initial training from the periodic payment department of a major life insurance company, where he learned the industry from the inside out. He has participated in the design, installation and ongoing service of structured settlement benefits for tens of thousands of injured people throughout the country. He has additionally worked on behalf of the industry by lobbying to protect the rights of all parties in the structured settlement process.
Bill assists plaintiffs’ attorneys, property and casualty insurance companies, self-insured corporations and government agencies in utilizing periodic payment products as successful negotiating and funding tools for general liability, workers’ compensation and environmental cases. Mike is chief operating officer and managing director of NFP Structured Settlements and NDC Advisors. In his capacity, Mike will oversee day-to-day operations and help guide new business development and growth opportunities for both organizations.
Active in the insurance industry since the 1990s, Mike began his career at a time when structured settlements were just starting to gain traction. He led Mutual of Omaha’s entry into structured settlements in 1994, and later joined AIG, eventually rising to Vice President, Structured Settlements for AIG Institutional Markets Group. In that role, he had top- and bottom-line responsibility for structured settlements, and oversaw the management of external structured settlement distribution, internal and external clients, business development activities, strategy. He also served as the AIG internal business development contact for all AIG’s Institutional Markets Group’s products.

Susan has over 23 years of experience in the insurance and financial services
industries, specializing in structured settlements. As a Settlement Consultant, Susan meets injured individuals and their families to
discuss their future financial needs and goals and then helps find the best solutions to fund those goals using structured settlements, trusts and other financial products. She attends meditations, designs and presents settlement proposals. Susan assists attorneys with case evaluations for a wide array of legal settlements including, but not limited to, general liability, product liability, sexual molestation, employment litigation, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, mass tort settlements, attorney fee structures and minors’ cases. Dan Vickovic Bio
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dan has spent 20 years in the structured settlement industry and has a total of 40 years of experience in insurance liability claims and litigation. Before joining NFP as a Structured Settlement Consultant, he spent a decade as a Claims Administrator for Westinghouse Electric Corporation’s law and environmental affairs department. In this position, he was responsible for administration of the corporation’s self-insured liability program throughout the United States. Prior to that, he served as Liability Claims Supervisor with Cigna Corporation and held various claims positions with Chubb Insurance Group.
At NFP, Dan prepares structure proposals, assists with case evaluation, attends mediations and works to manage the entire settlement process for his clients. He focuses on cases involving auto liability, general liability, medical malpractice, workers compensation, product liability, wrongful death, attorney fee structures, minor cases and Medicare Set Asides.

John Cameron Bio
John joined NFP in 2002 and is based in Pittsburgh and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He has more than 32 years of experience in the insurance industry and started his career as a Claim Representative with a major multi-line carrier. He later joined the ninth largest professional liability insurer, assuming various positions before advancing to the position of Vice President of Claims. Most recently, he was a Manager for a state-run professional liability excess insurer for hospitals and physicians. John developed structured settlement programs to assist his staff in settling high-exposure cases.
He graduated from college in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minors in both Mathematics and Economics.

Kristen S. Chess Bio
Currently based in Cleveland, Ohio, Kristen began her insurance career in 1996 as a Claims Examiner for Westfield Insurance and became a full-time Annuity Broker in 2003. She is experienced as a Structured Settlement Consultant and has settled a wide variety of case types, including truck and auto liability, products liability, general liability, employment liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, mass tort settlements, attorney fee structures and structured sales. She also specializes in handling Medicare Set Aside accounts for workers’ compensation and liability settlements. Located in Tampa, Florida, Ray U. Stoll, CPCU, CSSC, joined NFP in October 2010, and was most recently Managing Partner for Ringler Associates' Tampa office. Until November 2006, he was a shareholder and Vice president for SFA, as well as CEO of Settlement Source, Inc., a private consulting firm operating in Tampa and Washington, DC. Prior to entering the structured settlements industry, he held positions of Regional Claim Manager for The Hartford and Vice President of Claims for Progressive during his 15 years as a casualty claims professional. In 1982, Ray was appointed as a charter panel member of the initial Claim Section Board of the Society of CPCU and served six years in that capacity. He has authored numerous articles and has co-authored two books on structured settlement-related issues, ranging from special needs trusts to life insurance solvency issues.

Reese joins NFP Structured Settlements with 22 years of experience in the industry. She has a diverse field of knowledge, starting her career as a workers’ compensation adjuster. After moving into the structured settlement space, Reese spent most of her career working at the corporate office of a structured settlement firm where she became proficient in the operational side of the business. Located in North Georgia, Michele remotely joined the NFP team in 2022. Throughout her career she has handled all aspects of the structured settlement process, from designing structured settlement proposals to attending and assisting parties during mediation and settlement conference negotiations to finalizing the structured settlement documents for policy issuance. Sylvia became a part of NFP in February 2009 as a member of the Cleveland, Ohio office.
